  • Well with the prayer gone from the wall don't be shocked if the students behave badly. maybe then the judges could be sued for result of their actions. Of course God only hears a prayer from our hearts so words on a plaque don't really mean that much.

  • Yeah, give us a break msnbc, oil companies have been gouging big time .... a nice word for theft .... why does oil all cost the same ..... price fixing....... the US shouldn't have any debt just take all the oil profits by taxing anything over $30.00 a barrel.

  • Mankind is so high on his own opinon. Yet he has not experienced any of lifes after death experiences. Why not just believe what God has said about His ceation of hell (lake of fire) for satan and his angels and the non-believers of Christ as his sent deliverence for all the world.

  • People are so quick to judge and fickle in them. All the blame issues about how our security could have prevented the 9-11 attack and yet this "potential" terrorist is asking for rights to limit the ability of the government for our protection of future killings here.

  • Insurance is a business governed by laws on how they can operate. There is less than a 7% profit in the insurance industry. To provide known liabilities ( pre-existing conditions ) would require a very high cost monthly premium to the individual or higher costs to the normal health policy holders.

  • For democracy to work there has to be a certain level of integrity and honesty. it doesn't seem to exist in the middle east. Dictators is the only way to control the people as they will not voluntarily control themselves civily.

  •  From the way the article is written ( no real facts on decision basis )  it appears there is just one more judge in our system that is placing personal views over the constitution.  There was no " false advertising" type of issue to sue the city.  So how bad is the truth …
